Do I need to set up an account to place an order ?

We value our customers greatly and understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us will make your shopping experience seamless and give you access to the following benefits:

How do I create an account ?

You can create an account by going through the following steps:

     ● Click on the ‘My Account/Login’ tab

     ● Click on ‘Register’ to create a new account

     ● Fill in the required information

     ● Click on ‘Register’ to create your account

How I can track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. 

In case you are unable to track your order, you may email us at orders@fabrieco.com with the Order ID. 

 

What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for further information.

 

What is procedure for cancelling an order?

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to Customer Care. If the order has been shipped, however, you may exchange the product in accordance with our Return policies.

We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

 

If an item is out of stock what should i do?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
